It’s hard to believe it is already well into 2019 and we are in full swing here at Bridges of Hope.  The shelter is housing over 40 people each night from all over the county.  Some individuals stay for a while, some for just a night or two until they can find a place to stay.  Each day we receive calls from people in need, trying to find out if there is room for them at Bridges of Hope Shelter.   The need is great in Greene County and we continue to strive to fill it, one day and one person at a time.
Meanwhile, we continue to make improvements in and around the property.  Several weekends ago, students from Cedarville University came and worked outside to do property clean-up as well as fencing in all our brand new fruit trees planted by our garden team this fall.  We are looking forward to the fruit of these trees (and this work) in a couple of years to provide fresh fruit for our kitchen and food pantry!

We are so thankful for Becci Pryor and all the hard work she has put into our garden and fruit trees as we look to the future of BOH and all the possibilities.
