At Bridges of Hope, we rely on the generous volunteers that keep every day running smoothly. From meals, to hosts, to special project teams, our community volunteers are so valuable to us. Will you join our amazing team of volunteers TODAY?
We provide 14 meals a week (breakfast and dinner daily), and need volunteers for dinners 7 days a week. We currently do not have a full kitchen (only a warming kitchen) and so we rely on people, groups, churches, and families to bring food in to serve each night. If you and your friends, group, etc would like to provide a meal, please follow the link above. The sign up site includes all the information you will need to provide a great meal to our guests!!
Overnight Hosts and Hostesses help our shelter managers and staff to check-in, greet, and manage our guests as they come in each night. They supervise as well as spend quality time with our guests so that they feel welcome and safe during their stay. Each shift has a shelter manager or person-in-charge to lead the volunteers. If you would like to be a part of our hosting team, please follow the link above to sign up. NOTE: You must attend a Host/Hostess Training Class before signing up. Details below.
Want to help with a special project? We welcome individuals and groups to come and work on many different areas of need. If you or your group would like to help out, follow the link to share your information and skill set. Our shelter director will contact you to schedule a project and time for you to come and be a part!!
