Programs and Services
Bridges of Hope currently maintains an overnight emergency shelter. This houses single men and women each night during the year. Manned by staff and volunteers, we provide a warm bed, shower facilities, dinner and breakfast. Our shelter bucks program allows our guests to do chores around the shelter to earn “bucks” which they can use for resources such as extra clothes, toiletries, shoes, and other sundry items we keep in stock.
The Gardens at Simon Kenton are maintained by volunteers and guests who use the space to engage the community through gardening and
education partnerships to feed those in need. Our acreage is being used for gardens, local fruit and nut trees as well as berry trees and bushes.
