Need a Safe Place to Sleep?

Come to the Temporary Overnight Shelter for Single Men & Women at Bridges of Hope

1087 W 2nd St, Xenia, Ohio

 

Guidelines for a Safe Stay:

  • Doors open at 7:00 pm and intake for the night will close at 8:00 pm.
  • Dinner is served from 7:00 to 8:00 each night, except on Wednesdays and Thursdays.  On those nights transportation will be available at 7:00 pm from One Bistro (Wed) and the Caring Place (Thu) to Bridges of Hope after the meal.
  • Breakfast is available from 6:00 am to 6:30 am, and all guests are expected to leave the premises by 7:00 am.
  • All backpacks, heavy coats, and other packages will be secured until morning.
  • NO weapons, alcohol, drugs or other dangerous items will be permitted.
  • Persons with outstanding warrants or sex offenders are not permitted to stay.
  • Smoking may be done in designated outside areas at designated times ONLY

You MUST abide by these guidelines to be permitted to stay with us.

Requirements for staying:

  • You must go through the check-in process to enter the shelter.  
  • NO weapons, alcohol, drugs or other dangerous items will be permitted.
  • Persons with outstanding warrants or sex offenders are not permitted to stay.
  • You must follow all rules of the shelter - the Shelter Manager or Person In Charge has the discretion to evict a guest if they do not abide by the rules or are a danger to others.  

At Bridges of Hope we strive to provide a safe, healthy environment for those in need of shelter for the night.  To do this we ask our guests to be respectful of the rules, staff and volunteers as well as each other.  Our hope is that through the testimony of our ministry, our guests will feel the love of Jesus, and have hope for their future.
